ACI Payments, Inc. charges a service fee of
1.98% of the payment amount to process
federal tax payments. Please note a minimum service fee of
$2.50 will be charged on all tax payments
regardless of the payment amount. Qualifying debit cards will be charged a flat fee of
$2.20. Amex credit card rate for payments
over $100,000 is 1.90%
The service fee is paid directly to ACI Payments, Inc. and the IRS does not receive
any portion of the service fee. You will be notified of the service fee before your payment is made.

give you extra ways to pay, including by credit and debit card. Additionally, we provide
bill management tools such as automatic recurring payments, e-mail reminders, and an e-wallet.
To maintain these secure systems and services, we charge a fee. Because the service fee
